Quality Improvement Program

The Quality Improvement Program (QIP) is designed to deliver quality health care and great customer service to our members. Meridian's QIP team sets and reevaluates goals annually. The support we receive from our provider network in achieving quality goals is greatly appreciated. 

Meridian's network of providers may request a complete copy of our Quality Improvement Program Annual Evaluation by reaching out to their Quality or Provider Representative.
