Availity Essentials Webinar for Doula Providers
The webinars for Doula providers have been officially scheduled by Availity! These sessions will be facilitated on:
- Tuesday, December 16, 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm EST
- Thursday, November 20, 3:30 pm – 4:45 pm EST
In this session, Availity will cover:
- Adding your information to Manage My Organization
- Assigning roles
- Checking Eligibility & Benefits Inquiry
- Setting your Reporting Preferences
- Submitting a claim via Claims & Encounters
- Following up on your claim via Claim Status and Send and Receive EDI Files

Creating your account is quick and easy. Visit the link below to get started, visit the Availity Onboarding page to create a login.

Once you have logged in, you can access the list of live and recorded webinars:
- Select Help & Training > Get Trained.
- Navigate to the Catalog
- Search Doula.
- Select the webinar title, review the dates/times, and Enroll in the session you wish to attend.
Following the live webinar, the recording will be available in the Availity Learning Center and can be accessed similar to the live session after 11/20/2025.
