Electronic Visit Verification Training
Dear Providers,
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), in partnership with HHAeXchange, is offering upcoming Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance training webinars to help agencies prepare for new EVV requirements.
As outlined in Medicaid Policy Bulletin MMP 26‑10, home health agencies are expected to meet an EVV compliance threshold of at least 85% each quarter. This means 85% of verified EVV visits must be completed without manual edits.
Now is the time to review your EVV performance and make sure your agency is prepared.
Why Attend?
These Michigan‑focused trainings are designed to help providers understand:
- How EVV compliance is measured and calculated
- Common issues that lead to manual edits
- How to review reports and monitor performance
- Practical steps to improve caregiver EVV success
The sessions will break down EVV compliance in a clear, practical way so you can confidently track your numbers and support your staff.
