Get Help Applying for SSI

Meridian wants you to know about a helpful program. The program is called Supplemental Security Income (SSI). SSI is a federal program and could add to your cash assistance each month. 

You, or your child, may be eligible if you or your child have: 

• A physical problem that will last at least one year, or
• A mental health problem that will last at least one year

Meridian has partnered with Centauri to find out if you may qualify for SSI and to help you apply. You do not have to apply for these benefits. If you choose not to apply, your Meridian benefits will not change.
